• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt to access non-public areas.

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game content, is owned by Aero Grove Haven, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AERO GROVE HAVEN, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aero Grove Haven, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10) Dispute resolution; governing law

Please contact us first to try to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree that any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected fraud, security risk, or violations. Upon termination, licenses granted to you end and virtual items may be forfeited.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
